1.We will NOT accept any returns for merchandise that is damaged during the installation process.
2.All returns must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition to be considered for a return.
3.Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. and we will make arrangements for replacement product and return of defective product.
How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping? 1.Any and all returns must be requested and authorized within 7 days of receipt of order.
2.Any return that is requested for reasons other then an error on our part will be charged freight both ways and YOU are responsible, For the return of goods due to our error, we shall be responsible for the return freight.
How do I make a return ? 1.Before returning the product, contact us via email email@example.com, and send us pictures of the product and packaging with the email so that we can confirm the product status.
2. After getting the return permit, get the RMA through e-mail, and then go to the local post office to select the appropriate transportation method for return. The name of the consignee is the RMA number, so that we can identify the package you returned.
3.After delivery of returned packages, the product is inspected , and ok'd by our returns department, Then refund will be returned from the original payment channel, which takes about 3 working days.
