DIY Filter Change Steps
- Locate fuel filter housing on passenger side of engine bay
- Place rags under housing—some diesel will spill
- Open water drain (white knob) to drain housing
- Use 61150 wrench with 3/8 inch ratchet to unscrew cap
- Pull out old filter, replace both O-rings
- Insert new 68235275AA filter, ensure it clicks into cap
- Hand-tighten cap, then 1/4 turn with wrench
- Cycle ignition to Run (without starting) 10-15 times to prime
- Start engine and check for leaks
