The iFJF 6.0L Powerstroke EGR Eliminator Spool provides a permanent, maintenance-free solution to the problematic EGR valve on 2003-2010 Ford 6.0L diesel engines. The factory EGR valve is a complex electromechanical component that operates in an extremely harsh environment — constantly exposed to hot, sooty exhaust gas. Over time, carbon deposits cause the valve pintle to stick, resulting in drivability issues that range from annoying (rough idle) to dangerous (sudden power loss).
