Installation Guide

Remove Old Fuel Cap: Unscrew the factory plastic fuel cap from the filler neck. If tethered, cut the tether or disconnect it from the cap.

Inspect Filler Neck: Check the filler neck opening for debris, corrosion, or damage. Clean the sealing surface as needed.

Install New Fuel Cap: Thread the green billet aluminum fuel cap onto the filler neck. Hand-tighten until the O-rings are fully seated — do not over-tighten. The O-ring seal, not thread torque, creates the seal.

Repeat for DEF Cap: Follow the same procedure for the blue billet aluminum DEF cap on the DEF fill port.
