Installation Guide
- Remove the old carburetor, intake manifold, and gaskets
- Clean the intake mounting surface thoroughly — old gasket residue causes air leaks
- Install the new intake boot and gasket, then mount the PZ20
- Connect the throttle cable and adjust for 1-2mm of free play
- Attach the fuel line — use an inline fuel filter (recommended)
- Set the idle mixture screw 1.5 turns out from fully seated as a starting point
- Start the engine, warm up, and fine-tune the idle speed and mixture
