Installation Notes
- Lift vehicle and secure on jack stands. Remove wheels.
- Disconnect sway bar links and brake line brackets from factory mounts.
- Compress coil springs with spring compressor tool and remove from vehicle.
- Install coil spacers on top of factory coil spring isolators. Verify seating.
- Reinstall coil springs and secure. Install shock extenders with supplied hardware.
- Relocate brake lines using supplied brackets — ensure zero tension at full droop.
- Torque all hardware to spec. Verify clearance around brake lines and ABS wires.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I run 35" tires with this 2.5" lift?
A: Yes — 35x12.50R17 tires fit with proper wheel backspacing (4.5" or less). Minor plastic trimming of the front air dam may be needed. For 37" tires, step up to a 3.5-4" lift kit.
Q: Will I need a transfer case drop or SYE kit?
A: At 2.5" of lift on a JK, a transfer case drop or Slip Yoke Eliminator is generally NOT required. Driveline angles remain within factory spec. If you notice vibrations after installation, check pinion angle first.
Q: Does this work with factory Rubicon shocks?
A: Yes — the shock extenders are compatible with both standard and Rubicon-spec shocks. However, Rubicon models with the electronic sway bar disconnect (EDISCO) may need an extended sway bar link kit.
Q: How does ride quality compare to a full coil spring lift?
A: Because you retain factory coil springs and shocks, ride quality stays nearly identical to stock. Full coil spring lifts often ride stiffer — the spacer lift preserves factory-tuned spring rates, which is an advantage for daily-driven Jeeps.
Q: Is professional installation recommended?
A: If you're comfortable with hand tools and have a spring compressor, this is DIY-friendly. We provide detailed torque specs. However, the post-installation alignment must be done at a shop with proper equipment.
