Description
Product Overview
The iFJF Adjustable Swaybar Quick Disconnect transforms your Wrangler TJ or Cherokee XJ from a capable trail rig into a rock-crawling beast. Factory sway bar links limit each wheel to 6-8 inches of independent travel — connected, your suspension can't fully articulate. This system disconnects in seconds, unleashing the full flex your coil spring suspension was built for. Reconnected, adjustable heim joints maintain proper sway bar geometry at any lift height from 2.5 to 6 inches.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will these fit a Wrangler YJ?
A: No — YJ uses leaf springs with a different sway bar link design. This kit is for coil-sprung TJ and XJ front suspensions only.
Q: Do I need an alignment after installing?
A: No — sway bar links don't affect alignment parameters. Set both sides to the same length and you're done.
Q: Can I leave them disconnected for daily driving?
A: Absolutely not. Without the sway bar, your vehicle will experience dangerous body roll during cornering. Disconnect for trail, reconnect for road — every time.
Q: How do I set the correct length for my lift?
A: With vehicle level, set link length so the sway bar arm is parallel to the ground (10-15° above horizontal is acceptable).
Q: Will these work with an aftermarket bumper?
A: Yes — sway bar links mount to axle and sway bar, not the bumper. No clearance issues regardless of bumper.
