The Turbo Piping & CCV Reroute Kit for 2004-2010 Duramax 6.6L is a comprehensive upgrade for 2004-2010 GM Duramax diesel trucks. Replaces restrictive factory turbo piping and eliminates oil-laden crankcase vapors from entering your turbocharger and intercooler. Combines high-flow turbo piping with CCV/PCV reroute for a cleaner, more efficient intake system.

Q: Do I need a tune after installation?
A: Turbo piping and CCV reroute alone typically do not require tuning. If combined with other mods (EGR delete, larger turbo), a custom tune is recommended.
Q: How does the CCV reroute work?
A: Factory CCV routes crankcase blow-by into the turbo inlet where oil vapor coats the compressor, intercooler, and intake. Our reroute redirects gases through high-flow GATES hose to atmosphere or a catch can, keeping your intake oil-free.
Q: Will there be an oil smell after CCV reroute?
A: Minor oil vapor odor possible at idle. Route vent hose toward rear of engine bay or install a catch can for a sealed system.
Q: How difficult is installation?
