The iFJF 6.7L Powerstroke 4-inch Exhaust Delete Pipe & EGR Valve Delete Kit is the complete emissions system delete solution for 2011–2017 Ford F250, F350, and F450 Super Duty trucks. This all-in-one kit combines a 4-inch T409 stainless steel exhaust delete pipe with a billet aluminum EGR block-off plate kit — everything you need to eliminate the DPF, CAT, SCR, and EGR system in a single package.

Installation
~1 hour with basic hand tools in your driveway or garage. Faster with a lift. Cutting may be required for short bed configurations. Tuner REQUIRED — removal of DPF, CAT, SCR and/or DOC eliminates emission sensors. A DPF-delete-capable tuner is mandatory to prevent check engine lights.

Q: Will this fit my 2017 F250 Crew Cab short bed?
A: Yes, but cutting may be required to fit shorter wheelbase configurations. All clamps and hardware are included.
Q: Can I install this without a tuner?
A: No. Without a delete-capable tuner, the truck will immediately throw check engine codes and may enter reduced power mode.
Q: Does the EGR block-off plate have an EGT sensor port?
A: Yes! The exhaust manifold block-off plate comes PRE-welded with an EGT sensor bung for easy gauge installation.
