Installation
- Locate the inlet NOx sensor on the exhaust system before the SCR catalyst.
- Disconnect the electrical connector by pressing the release tab.
- Using a 22mm oxygen sensor socket, unscrew the old sensor.
- Apply the included anti-seize compound to the new sensor threads (avoid the probe tip).
- Thread the new sensor in by hand, then torque to 35-40 ft-lbs.
- Reconnect the electrical connector until it clicks. Start engine and verify no MIL.

Q: What's the difference between inlet and outlet NOx sensors?
A: The inlet (upstream) sensor measures NOx entering the SCR catalyst. The outlet (downstream) sensor measures NOx after treatment. They are NOT interchangeable — this listing is for the INLET sensor only.
Q: Do I need to reprogram after replacing the sensor?
