Installation Guide
- Support the door and remove hinge pins
- Align the iFJF door bushing removal tool at the top of the hinge
- Tap firmly with a hammer until OE liner pins are fully driven out
- Clean the hinge bore; apply grease or lubricant to new plastic bushings
- Tap new hinge liner pins into place using a rubber mallet
- Use the 4 alignment pins to properly seat the door before finalizing
- Reinstall the door — enjoy smooth, rattle-free operation
