The Turbo Piping & CCV Reroute Kit for 2004-2005 Duramax 6.6L LLY is a comprehensive upgrade for 2004-2010 GM Duramax diesel trucks. Replaces restrictive factory turbo piping and eliminates oil-laden crankcase vapors from entering your turbocharger and intercooler. Combines high-flow turbo piping with CCV/PCV reroute for a cleaner, more efficient intake system.

Q: Will this fit my 2006 LBZ Duramax?
A: Yes. Fits all 2004-2010 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra HD with 6.6L Duramax diesel — LLY (2004.5-2005), LBZ (2006-2007), LMM (2007.5-2010). Check compatibility table above.
Q: Do I need a tune after installation?
A: Turbo piping and CCV reroute alone typically do not require tuning. If combined with other mods (EGR delete, larger turbo), a custom tune is recommended.
Q: How does the CCV reroute work?
A: Factory CCV routes crankcase blow-by into the turbo inlet where oil vapor coats the compressor, intercooler, and intake. Our reroute redirects gases through high-flow GATES hose to atmosphere or a catch can, keeping your intake oil-free.
Q: Will there be an oil smell after CCV reroute?
A: Minor oil vapor odor possible at idle. Route vent hose toward rear of engine bay or install a catch can for a sealed system.
Q: How difficult is installation?
A: Intermediate mechanical skills. 2-4 hours. Basic hand tools and socket set required. Professional installation recommended. No instructions included.
Q: Compatible with EGR delete?
